This Workshop is designed to help you understand the meaning of mantras and the benefits of chanting them out loud, as well as the tradition of repeating them internally in meditation practice.
Led by Sarita, Yoga in Daily Life instructor and Registered Nurse, she will explain the effects of mantras on the human body and mind, as well as on society and the wider world - including some group chanting for the wellbeing of all life on Earth.
