Meditation practice offers a great opportunity to bring more balance into our lives. It enables us to grasp the nature of our mind, develop inner stability and improve resilience to stress.

Pranayama techniques help regulate the breath, rid the body of toxins, and harmonise energy flow – a purifying process which creates more positivity and peace of mind.

This Workshop is designed to help you make meditation and pranayama a regular part of your daily life, and will give you the chance to develop further and dive more deeply into the practice. Guidance and techniques are according to the teachings of Vishwaguru Swami Maheshwarananda and his system Yoga in Daily Life.

Includes: asanas/stretching/body posture, breathing exercises and pranayama, Q&A, and meditation techniques - concentration on breath, visualisation, cosmic light.

Led by Sarita, Yoga in Daily Life Instructor and Registered Nurse.

All welcome – from beginners to advanced.
