Weekend Workshops with Swami Umapuri


In these workshops, Swami Umapuri Ji will provide theoretical principles and practical techniques for the improvement of physical, mental and spiritual health. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, she will guide us through asanas, pranayamas and self-inquiry meditation.

• learn about and experience for yourself the profound effects of the Yoga in Daily Life System on your health – body, mind and soul.

• ask questions and enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch

• stay for Satsang at 5pm on Sunday and enjoy bhajan singing and spiritual talks

Swami Umapuriji is a long-time disciple of Vishwaguru Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, author of the scientific system Yoga in Daily Life, from the spiritual lineage Sri Alakhpuriji Siddha Peeth Parampara. She is based in Vienna, Austria and travels the world teaching yoga and meditation to all.
