The Level 1 Beginners Course provides a thorough introduction to the traditional and holistic system of Yoga in Daily Life, and also offers support for your ongoing learning and practice.

Practising the full six parts of Level 1 over 12 weeks is ideal for regaining health and boosting immunity and resilience after suffering illnesses and conditions such as COVID, stress, fatigue, bereavement or burnout.

Releasing tension and blockages from muscles and joints, internal organs, the nervous system and the mind, the Level 1 techniques, known as Sarva Hitta Asana, are designed to awaken energy and restore balance to your body, mind and soul.

All the techniques are adaptable to most health conditions and accessible to most people, and being an online class, you get to do them in the comfort of your own home.
