The Lunchtime Yoga classes are open to everyone and guided according to your level of ability and experience.

These 45-minute classes give you a well-being break during your busy at-home workday. Includes gentle yoga exercises, breathing techniques and short meditation, helping you release physical and mental tension, relax and refocus your mind, gently re-energise the body, and prepare your digestive system for a healthy lunch!

Offered on both Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can choose to come to one day or both, and you can change the day each week if you need to, with flexible payment methods listed below.
