LIVERPOOL
An evening of peaceful, uplifting music and guided meditations at the beautiful and welcoming Ullet Road Church in Liverpool. Swami Madhuram will guide musical meditations with bamboo flutes (shakuhachi & bansuri); the use of sound and silence leading us to feel more deeply established in our own inner peace, and better able to maintain peaceful relations with others around us.

An evening of peaceful yoga, relaxing flute music, yoga nidra and guided meditation at the warm and welcoming St. Anne's Brondesbury Church in Queens Park. The evening will begin with a short yoga practice of gentle postures, followed by Swami Madhuram guiding a deep relaxation and meditation with the soothing sounds of bamboo flutes (shakuhachi & bansuri). Vegan refreshments will be provided to round off the event.
