The Level 2 Course continuing from the Level 1 Course, moves into and focuses on some of the more classical asanas.
Includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, from Level 2 of the Yoga in Daily Life system, along with the underlying principles of yoga and healthy living - with weekly two-hour sessions to allow plenty of time for individual assistance and discussion.
Suitable for those who can comfortably perform most postures and pranayamas from Level 1 (beginners). More advanced pranayama and meditation will be included in the practice, providing you with the opportunity to practice classical yoga postures at an intermediate level.
