The Level 2 Course continuing from the Level 1 Course, moves into and focuses on some of the more classical kinds of Asanas.
Includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, along with the underlying principles of yoga and healthy living - with weekly two-hour sessions to allow plenty of time for individual assistance and discussion.
Suitable for those who can perform all postures and pranayama from Level 1 (beginners). More advanced pranayam and meditation will be included in the practice, providing you with the opportunity to practice classical yoga postures at an intermediate level.
