Swami Madhuram Puri is visiting Europe this summer and we are delighted to host some special programs with him in Edinburgh!

You may have heard his music playing in the background during our yoga classes, or attended his satsangs on Zoom or Insight Timer - now you will have the chance to meet him in person and experience the transformative effects of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound. Beyond the pleasure derived from sound, music has the potential to transport us to deeper states of peace and higher states of consciousness...

The morning program is a friendly informal gathering at the Edinburgh Botanics, to walk and mindfully enjoy the beauty (and sounds) of nature together and each other's company, perhaps sit for some breathing practices, and enjoy some refreshments together in the gardens cafe.

The evening program will include a guided Yoga Nidra (lying down relaxation) followed by sitting for meditation with live music (sofas, chairs and cushions will be available) and then the nourishment of a healthy vegan supper.

Thank you.

Swami Madhuram Puri is a long-time devotee of Vishwaguruji Swami Maheshwarananda, author and guiding light of the Yoga in Daily Life system. He also continues to act as the president of the Yoga in Daily Life Scotland charity, having started the first classes in Edinburgh in 2008.

Now based at the Yoga in Daily Life Ashram on the Kapiti Coast in New Zealand, and leading many classes of yoga and meditation, Swami Madhuram has also become much loved for his relaxing and uplifting music, released under the name Time For Peace.

Swami Madhuram is delighted to be visiting Europe after several years, to meet friends old and new, and to offer his music and chanting for the spiritual well-being of all.

You are warmly invited to join us for these special events in Edinburgh.
