BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL (max. 5 places)
Each class includes: relaxation, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation techniques from Level 2 & 3 of the Yoga in Daily Life system, with a different theme of practical yoga philosophy each week and printed handouts to take home.
This course is for those who have attended the Yoga in Daily Life Introductory Course and/or regular drop-in classes for at least 6 months and feel ready for deeper yoga and meditation practice from the system Yoga in Daily Life.
