The seminar will begin with an evening lecture on Friday 29th September, while on Saturday 30th and Sunday 1st October, there will be sessions on asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation, as well as lectures and satsang.  Vegetarian lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday and Sunday.
