The yoga exercises from Level 1 in the Yoga in Daily Life System are called Sarav Hitta Asanas, which means "exercises good for all". The 8-week YIDL Foundation Course combines Level 1 practice and an introduction to the philosophical science of yoga and meditation. This course is designed for beginners as well as those who want to build a firm foundation to their existing practice.
